I’m so honoured and thrilled to have had my Painting ‘Wynella’ accepted in the #huntershillartexhibition2026.

As a female Hunters Hill artist who has lived in the area for over 34 years in this very house, I thought it appropriate to pay homage to it for the exhibition.
This painting is acrylic on canvas standing at 182 cm high and 60 cm wide so it was a massive undertaking and took many many hours.
I have included a photograph of what we purchased at the end of 1991 and you can see that we’ve done an incredible amount of work to bring it back to its glory. We are the 4th owners of this house which was built in around 1880 and the third oldest house in the street. It has has been such an honour to live in and love it all this time. 🤍
Congratulations to all the other finalists and can’t wait till opening night to view all the works in person.
