No part can be reproduced in part or full unless written permission has been obtained from Originally Nic. If any material has been provided by outside sources they will be acknowledged and credited to the creator/author on the website. This website is protected under the Australian Copyright Act of 1968, this Act protects works that are created in Australia and overseas. 2. Applicability
All designs, artwork, images, graphics and text on this website are exclusively owned by Originally Nic. These are protected under copyright law. The concept of the website, design layout, text, graphics, CSS style sheets, and the code and/or text built from javascript, HTML or XHTML are exclusively owned by All About Art unless otherwise stated with a credit to the creator/author. These are all separate works within the website but each are protected individually under their respective fields within the copyright law.
3. Usage permitted
The user is allowed to view the designs and artwork onscreen and can order the product by completing the order form, sending an email to nic@originallynic.com.au or by phoning 0417 425 896.
4. Usage not permitted
Logo, images, designs, graphics and text cannot be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, published or sold either for commercial or personal use without written permission from Originally Nic. Images cannot be cropped or altered visually in anyway. No hyperlinks to any of our photographs within our website.
5. Disclaimer
Any content provided in this website has been done in good faith and every effort has been made in the accuracy of the content but Originally Nic will not be liable to the public or third parties for information that has been misinterpreted or misleading. Any viruses or problems with the users computer after viewing Originally Nic's is the users responsibility.
6. Misuse/Ethics statement
We do not have any designs or images on our website that shows pornography or semi-naked photographs of people, or that is morally or religiously discriminating against any person/s. We endeavour to provide visual images that are of a general standard for viewers. Any misuse by the user that is not permitted in this statement will be in breach of copyright to Originally Nic, this may result in legal action.
